She holds an undergrad degree in Strategic Leadership from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from the University of Arizona Global Campus, showcasing a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen.

    Recognizing the need for dedicated care management in Prescott, Sara founded Soul Centric Care Solutions. As the President, she leads a committed team providing personalized healthcare solutions to the Prescott Quad City community.

    Paula embarked on her professional journey in Senior Living Facilities in the Prescott area, where she discovered her profound passion for caring for the elderly and disabled. With over 20 years dedicated to Women's Health, Paula transitioned to specialize in Palliative, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia Care. Her dynamic career showcases a diverse background, reflecting her fun-loving personality and empathetic approach to helping others. Paula's unique blend of experience and her proactive nature make her an exceptional Care Manager.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Paula finds joy in traveling, camping, and hiking. She cherishes moments spent with her close-knit family and friends, finding peace in the connections she builds with those around her.

    With over 35 years of invaluable medical expertise, Erica is a key asset to the Soul Centric team. Always ready to tackle challenges head-on, she is dedicated to ensuring patients receive the care they truly deserve. Erica's passion lies in devising creative solutions and building meaningful relationships with those around her. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, she has traversed various specialties in her professional journey, developing a profound commitment to caring for the elderly and ensuring they feel heard and valued.

    Outside of work, Erica cherishes moments spent with her children and grandchildren. Valuing friendships, she makes it a priority to enjoy quality time with her friends as often as possible.

    Care Management Assistant

    Lacey’s journey to becoming a Care Management Assistant is as vibrant and dynamic as her background. A Northern Arizona University alumna, she graduated in 2014 with a degree in Printmaking, where her creativity and attention to detail first flourished. However, her path took an inspiring turn when she discovered a newfound passion for caregiving while working at a group home in 2015.

    Driven to make a meaningful impact, Lacey ventured into various medical fields, gathering invaluable experience and knowledge along the way. Most recently, she honed her skills as a Medical Receptionist at Palliative Care in Prescott, AZ, where she supported patients and families with compassion and efficiency.

    When she’s not enhancing patient care, Lacey is likely exploring new adventures with her husband, expressing her creativity through painting, or enjoying a spirited game of tennis. She treasures the time spent snuggling with her cat, Nyx, and loves taking weekend trips to Tucson to visit her sister and nephews.

    Lacey brings a unique blend of artistic insight and hands-on medical experience to her role, making her a compassionate and versatile Care Management Assistant dedicated to supporting those in need.
